Orders and Shipping

How quickly will my Ysoo arrive?

All new orders will ship within 1 week of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our factory.If there are any issues with your order, please email us atinfo@ysoo.com.auwithin one hour of placing the order.

Where do you ship?

We ship from our warehouse in Melbourne to the US, Canada, Spain, France, UK, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Australia and the Netherlands, but we are always looking to expand to new countries!

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

If your delivery address is in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin or Wyoming - yes. We are required by law to collect sales taxes in those states, either because of our physical presence or economic nexus (a certain threshold of business, determined by each state). The total tax rate is the exact same as you would pay in a local store (in the same tax jurisdiction as the order’s delivery address).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and affirm.

Can I change the shipping address on an order?

Within one hour of placing your order, we can correct any typos in the street name or city of your order. We're not able to make out-of-state shipping address changes (ex. VIC to NSW) — orders that need to be shipped to another state will need to be canceled and re-ordered with the correct address.

Return Policy

What's the return policy?

All unopened Ysoo products are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. For full Ysoo, this means that the Ysoo must still be wrapped up in its burrito in the box to be eligible for return. and must be returned in the original orange packaging.

To initiate a return, please send a picture of your unopened product to info@ysoo.com.au with the subject line “Return Order #(Your order number)” and we’ll create a prepaid shipping label for you to send it back to us for free!

What’s the 30-day trial?

It’s how you can rest assured you’re going to love The Ysoo. We’re 100% confident in the product, so we want you to find out it’s 100% great for you. For 30 days after delivery of the Ysoo, try it out! Keep it if it’s everything you imagined (or hadn't even thought of yet!), or send us a note if you were hoping for something else — we’ll be happy to walk you through the steps to initiate a return.

Are there limits to the trial?

Each customer is eligible forone trial period on their first Ysoo purchase. Only one Ysoo from your first order will be eligible for the trial, so if you’re not sure if it’s the right fit for your Ysoo, we recommend starting with one Ysoo and hopefully adding on to your collection later! Products must remain in a clean and undamaged condition to be eligible for trial.

We’re still a small team, so to serve as many customers as thoroughly as possible, we don’t take phone calls. The best way to reach us is our email address,info@ysoo.com.au,or throughthis contact form.If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us within one hour of placing the order.You'll receive an automated response with some helpful info as soon as your email is received, and then someone from our team will follow up as soon as possible (we're available Monday-Friday).

What is the current turnaround time for orders?

If I order multiple items, will they ship at the same time?

Due to many manufacturing and operational variables, we can't guarantee that all items in your order will ship at the same time. In fact, it's more likely that the items in your order will ship at different times. Not to worry, though — we'll get your entire order out as quickly as possible, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as each item leaves our warehouse.
